The journey began with a meeting to understand the owner’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals for the villa, covering the features, functional needs, purpose, and the overall ambiance they wanted to create. From there, Palm Living carried out a comprehensive site assessment, analyzing orientation, views, wind direction, privacy, and how the villa could best adapt to the tropical climate. With these insights, the team developed an architectural layout designed to maximize comfort, functionality, and harmony with the natural surroundings.

Design Development to Construction

The design development phase began with refining the floor plan, elevations, 3D visualizations, and material selections together with the client until the concept felt just right. Light, air circulation, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow were at the heart of every decision. Villa Sunset was inspired by the serene beauty of tropical living, with a particular focus on sunset views, open airflow, and seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The design blends modern comfort with natural warmth.

Once all drawings were approved, the project moved into the construction phase, starting from the foundations, followed by the structure, roofing, walls, installations, and finally the finishing work. Throughout the entire build, regular progress updates were shared with the owner to ensure full transparency and alignment.
