A modern and luxury living villa design with great views around. The villa has two stories, elegant, and modern styled, designed to embrace nature with all its features. The villa has a spacious living area, kitchen, office area and infinity pool (extra).

The villa’s interiors are adorned with a chic combination of neutral tones, infused with tropical accents and a modern flair. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area. Large glass windows invite the natural light. A blend of white and grey tones enhances the villa’s serene, timeless aesthetics.

Garden and Flooring

The foundation is constructed with stone and concrete, while supporting walls are fitted with columns and beams. The land is walled at an appropriate height if needed. The garden is provided with fertile soil, ready for planting and paving. Wastewater drainage pipes and sewer connections are installed and connected to a septic tank. All floors in the house are finished with ceramic tiles, with an option for natural stone flooring.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

The kitchen features a gypsum ceiling with ample lighting installation points, and the layout of the cabinets can be customized to suit your preferences. The bedrooms have drywall or gypsum ceilings with appropriate installation points. The bathrooms are equipped with standard sanitary fixtures. The storage area includes space for a washing machine and dryer, upon request.

Water and Electricity

The property comes with a default electrical installation capable of supporting 10,000 watts. The water supply system has plenty of capacity, and there are ample power outlets and lighting installation points throughout the house.

Changes to the design and features can be made in cooperation with our architect and construction team.
